The Importance Of Reading the Terms and Conditions A.K.A T&Cs

One thing it seems we never do when using a service, is read the Terms and Conditions A.K.A T&Cs. I personally don’t and I really doubt that many of you do. But let me tell you one thing. When you play at an online casino, those extra 5 minutes of reading before engaging in your showdown against the online casino games, really become a must if you wish not to be awfully disappointed when cashing out time comes.
This has become particularly true lately as many casino operators have resorted to using these "Terms and Conditions" to deny cash outs. Don’t get me wrong, the fact that they use them to build their case, actually means that they are a powerful weapon. Let us not forget that just about every single casino has clauses in its T & Cs stating that in the event of a conflict the casino’s decision will always be final.
So a good start would be to carefully read the "Terms and Conditions" of each casino you play at and promos, for that matter, so as to avoid any disappointment. It is a very fastidious exercise. Granted! But alas, the industry has gone such that, in the same way casino operators implemented these terms to cover themselves in order to prevent fraud from players, now the player has to use them to prevent casino fraud. For some unscrupulous casino operators trying every trick in their bag to defraud unsuspecting players from their hard earned cash have well and truly become part of the online casino industry. And it is only by arming yourself against any of their tricks, that you, as players, will be able to fend them off!
How many times have we heard of payouts being denied because of a poorly read, and not written, "Terms and Conditions". Simply too many! And for the wrong reasons! A player might have played at an establishment in good faith, read most of the terms, but missed out that tiny winy bit of info that will now make the difference between him getting paid or him going home, well, empty handed and disillusioned.
Some online casinos on the other hand have only too well understood the power of the "Terms and Conditions". And it seems that some of them go to great lengths to devise Terms and conditions that are there to intentionally either confuse the player with some unclear terms and terminologies, or just to spread the terms on a plethora of pages, when they could, and in my opinion, should all be located in one place easy accessible. To deposit in an online casino that resorts to these sorts of tactics again is not advised. Your chances of making a successful cash out should you win, then become pretty remote; and if you do get paid, it will not have been without a fight first.
So before you play at any online casino, and more importantly, before you take a bonus, be it free, a deposit or a no deposit bonus; we strenuously advise you, after having already checked the casino in question’s reputation and good standing, to read the "Terms and Conditions" in their entirety. We all know how fastidious they can be, but in the long run; it could save you a lot of time, nerves, and will leave you to no surprise once cashing out time comes. There is nothing more annoying and enraging than being told that you cannot take something that you believe is rightfully yours.
To avoid finding yourself in this kind of situation, we advise you to do the sensible thing, and take 5 extra minutes of your time to read the "Terms and Conditions". Those gains and prizes can sometimes be so close, and yet so far!
